"Trees & Birds" is a custom pair of art shoes illustrated by pen and ink artist Halle Riddlebarger for Coleen, an awesome Village Shoes customer from North Carolina. Drawn in black india ink on a white leather pump, this pair features trees reaching up from the base of the heel and birds in flight on each toe.

Halle's Art is Studied in New Zealand...

Our very own Pen and Ink Artist Halle Riddlebarger was contacted recently by a teacher in New Zealand who had been following her career online from our website and blog. Her class of art students were studying Halle's art shoes and were given a project of their very own.
